HOW TO ACCESS ABERDEEN IN RENTAL CAR

One of the most important parts of every trip is how to get to your destination. Aberdeen is really close to an airport, so the airport of the city will always be the first option. Nonetheless, you have other possibilities as, for example, landing at Dundee Airport or Edinburgh Airport. Upon your arrival, you can pick up your vehicle in the rental car area, to ensure your trip is perfect from minute one.

To get to Aberdeen from Aberdeen Airport you will have to choose between any of the following three options we suggest, as they are the quickest ones. The first route is taking the bus 727. The trip from the airport to the center of Aberdeen is about 41 minutes. The second route will take you through the road A96 during 10 kilometers and you will reach the city in 21 minutes, thanks to the rental car you have reserved in the airport. Also, the third route is taking your rented car and driving 11 kilometers through the road A96 and Great Northern Rd/A96. This trip will take you up to 22 minutes.

If you prefer to access your destination from Dundee Airport, you can choose any of the tree options that follow. The two first options will take you on a bus trip to Aberdeen with duration of about 1 hour and 55 minutes. The third route will take you through the road A90 for a journey of 115 kilometers, which means a duration of 1 hour and 26 minutes.

The last option is landing at Edinburgh Airport, from where you can also choose between three main possibilities. Our recommendation is choosing the third one, as you will be able to move with total freedom thanks to the rental car reserved in Pepecar. So, the first option will be taking the bus and train during 2 hours and 41 minutes. The second option would be traveling by bus, bus, and tram for 3 hours and 37 minutes. Finally, our favorite option, you will have to drive through the road A90 in direction to the northeast during 200 kilometers and around 2 hours and 21 minutes.
