A subscription car service is a long-term car rental model that offers the possibility to use different cars for a monthly fee. It is a flexible alternative to traditional leasing or purchasing. 

Subscribing to a car provides benefits such as the flexibility to change vehicle according to your needs, the inclusion of services such as maintenance and Mapfre's comprehensive insurance (with an excess of €500), etc. 

The costs typically included in a car subscription are insurance, regular maintenance, roadside assistance and taxes. Our subscription cars include all of these plus comprehensive insurance with Mapfre. 

The necessary insurance is usually included in the car subscription. However, it is important that you always read the terms and conditions to know the details of the coverage. At Pepecar, we offer fully comprehensive insurance so you don't have to think about additional insurance when you sign up. 

Yes, at Pepecar we offer you cars by subscription of different brands and models so that you can choose the one you like the most and the one that best suits your needs.

The duration of a car subscription varies depending on the service. Currently, with Pepecar you can subscribe to a subscription with a 3, 6 or 9 month term and without a term. In both cases, your subscription will be automatically renewed until your ninth month. When the maximum term of your subscription expires, we will contact you to see if you wish to renew. 

Some subscription car services may require an initial deposit, similar to the traditional car rental process. If you hire your subscription car with Pepecar and Caetano Mobility you will be required to pay a deposit of 500 euros.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription early, although there may be an associated cost. At Pepecar we offer two types of subscription through Caetano Mobility: with and without permanence. The subscription without permanence has no penalty in case you cancel your subscription, while the subscription with permanence does. In case you have a subscription with a 3 month permanence, you will get a penalty of 100€. On the other hand, if you have a 6 or 9 month permanence and you want to unsubscribe before the expiry of these periods, a penalty of 180€.

In case of damage or accident, you should contact the customer service department of our car subscription provided by Caetano Mobility, to report the claim. At that time, our colleagues will inform you on how to proceed with the insurance and the workshop.

Please note that our Mapfre comprehensive insurance carries an excess of €500. This means that, in the event of a claim or damage, the first 500 euros, or the total in the event that the repair costs less, will be at your expense. 

In general, most car subscription services take into account credit history to assess eligibility. The procedure at Pepecar is carried out by our partner Caetano Mobility, who perform a financial scoring to verify viability. Negative credit history is only one of the elements taken into account. However, each case is unique and you can always talk to our customer service colleagues to analyse your specific situation.
